How is the cost of city transportation calculated?
The CarGoo system automatically calculates the preliminary cost of city transportation according to the formula: the cost of a minimum order of 10 km and 60 minutes of the selected car type plus the cost of the number of kilometers over 10 km and time over 60 minutes. In case of exceeding the delivery time, the cost of city transportation will be automatically recalculated at the end of the order.

How is the cost of intercity transportation calculated?
The CarGoo system automatically calculates the total cost of intercity transportation using the formula: the cost of a minimum order of 10 km and 60 minutes of the selected car type plus the cost of the number of kilometers to the destination excluding time. The cost of long-distance transportation is fixed.

What is a per-minute payment?
Per-minute payment means that after the estimated transportation time specified in the order, your order will be recalculated automatically taking into account the minutes spent over the estimated time.

How to pay for the order in cash?
To pay for the order in cash, complete the order, wait for the notification about the settlement of your order. Just pay the specified amount to the driver. After the driver confirms receipt of cash, the application will automatically transfer you to the main screen of a new order.

How to pay for an order by card?
To pay for the order by card, complete the order, wait for the notification about the settlement of your order. Now click the button to pay by card, then if you have already added a card, make the payment. If necessary, add a new payment card from any bank of the world and make the payment. After successful payment, the application will automatically redirect to the main page of the new order.
